1. About Us

Minimum Studio is a software development and design agency based in the Netherlands. We provide design, development, and related digital services to clients worldwide.

2. Services

We offer software development, product design, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in a signed project contract between Minimum Studio and the client.

3. Project Contracts

All projects are governed by a signed contract between Minimum Studio and the client. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any project-specific contract. In the event of a conflict, the signed project contract takes precedence.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon in the project contract. Typical arrangements include:

• 50% upon project start and 50% upon completion, or
• Full payment upon project completion.

We accept payment via bank transfer and credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) through our payment provider. All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the project contract.

5. Delivery

As a service business, we deliver digital work products (code, designs, assets) electronically. Deliverables are shared via agreed channels such as email, file sharing services, or code repositories. Delivery timelines are defined in the project contract.

6. Cancellation

Projects are bound by the signed project contract. Clients may not unilaterally cancel a project mid-engagement. Any cancellation or early termination is subject to the terms outlined in the project contract.

7. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on how refunds are handled.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership and licensing of deliverables are defined in the project contract. Unless otherwise agreed, intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon full payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

Minimum Studio's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Payment Security

Card payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Wise Payments Limited, which is PCI DSS compliant. We do not store or have access to your full card details. All card transactions are encrypted and handled in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
