Refund Policy
Minimum Studio is a service business providing software development and design services. Because our work is custom and project-based, our refund policy differs from product-based businesses.
Project-Based Work
All projects are governed by a signed contract between Minimum Studio and the client. Payment terms, deliverables, and milestones are defined in each project contract.
Refund Eligibility
- If work has not yet commenced, a full refund of any deposit paid may be issued.
- Once work has commenced, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis relative to the work completed.
- Completed and delivered work is not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To discuss a refund, please contact us at youssef@minimum.studio. We aim to resolve any concerns through open communication and will work with you to find a fair outcome.
Card Payments
If you paid by credit or debit card, any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Cancellation
Projects may not be unilaterally cancelled mid-engagement. Cancellation terms are defined in the signed project contract. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more information.
